Refund

Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided, unless the product has a defect or a mistake made on our side. Should there be any manufacturing defects, an exchange will be provided first, subject to availability. Please drop us an email within seven (7) business days upon receiving the item and please include the order number, description of defects and a photo evidencing the defect. Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached).

 

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing it and before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it falls under our standard exchange policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. 

In the event of a payment issue such as a duplicate transaction or a transaction error, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any order cancellation issue promptly.

 

Refund process

If your refund is approved, it will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed by your financial institution.
