Exchange
Exchanges are permitted only on a wrong size or order basis and are to be done within seven (7) business days upon receipt of purchase. Returned items must be free from damage and in the form of which it was delivered.
All products must be presented in their original packaging, not used, not washed, in sell-able condition accompanied by the original receipt or a printed email receipt. If your exchanged item is of greater value than the original item, you will be charged for the price difference. However, if your exchanged item is of lesser value, no refunds will be credited for the difference.
Please note that our exchange policy does not cover your delivery fees. We thank you for your understanding.
This item exchange is subjected to availability of stock.
Returns
Returns are only permitted due to manufacturing defects and subject to availability of stock. Please drop us an email within seven (7) business days upon receiving the item and please include the order number, description of defects and a photo evidencing the defect.
Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached).
All discounted items are final sale. No exchanges or refunds are permitted for sale items.
