1. Domestic Shipping:
We offer standard shipping within Malaysia and your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Our estimated delivery times are between 2-6 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Method:
All orders will be shipped via a trusted local courier company (Pos Laju/NinjaVan/J&T Express). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please use this tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer standard shipping charges within Malaysia as per below. This fee will be displayed during the checkout process and added to your total purchase amount.
Shipping Charges:
- West Malaysia
- RM 10 will be charged for orders below 2kg
- RM 15 will be charged for orders between 2.1kg - 4kg
- East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan)
- RM 15 will be charged for orders below 2kg
- RM 20 will be charged for orders between 2.1kg - 4kg
4. Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the courier company's website.
5. Returns and Exchanges:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy for detailed information on how to initiate a return or exchange.
6. International Shipping:
At this time, we only offer shipping within Malaysia and do not provide international shipping options. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
